Electrical Engineering

Electricity is the lifeline of all other fields of technology. Electricity keeps the heart beating of all industries, generation system, transmission system, utilization system, designs, manufacturing, erection, commissioning, R & D, are the routine electrical system requires electrical engineers.

Keeping such requirement in mind competent and experienced faculty of our Electrical Engineering Department prepares the students by giving ample assignments, conducting test, allowing extra practice/ testing at concern local or nearby industries. The electrical engineering department is basically impart practical oriented education in the field of electrical engineering. To develop knowledge, skill, attitude and overall personality of the students to make them globally accepted.

To create Technocrats mostly from rural areas to become competent Electrical Engineers and able to serve the needs of society by Holistic Education

1. To provide Technical quality education with deep fundamentals and modern technologies in the field of Electrical Engineering.

2. To offer invaluable hands – on experience and equipping students with practical skills and Industry insights.

3. To instill in students, the values of morals, ethics and responsibility to fulfill the societal needs

PEO-1:
To produce supervisory competent diploma Engineers.

PEO-2:
To encourage students to gain knowledge of new and diversified field of Electrical Engineering through continuous learning.

PEO-3:
To boost students to Shoulder ethics and responsibilities as an entrepreneur to meet societal needs.

PO1 – Basic and Discipline specific knowledge:
Apply knowledge of basic mathematics, science and engineering fundamentals and engineering specialization to solve the engineering problems.

PO2 – Problem Analysis:
Identify and analyse well-defined engineering problems using codified standard methods.

PO3 – Design/ development of solutions:
Design solutions for well-defined technical problems and assist with the design of systems components or processes to meet specified needs.

PROGRAM SPECIFIC OUTCOMES (PSOs)

PSO1 – Maintain Electrical Systems:
Apply principles of Electrical Engineering and laboratory skills for testing, maintenance and operation of Electrical Systems.
